how it’s done, step by step

  1. Begin in a plank position on your toes and hands, with your body in a straight line from head to heels.
  2. Bend your right knee and bring it towards your right elbow and stop when your knee is close to the elbow.
  3. Return to the starting plank position, then repeat the movement on the opposite side.
  4. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
