how it’s done, step by step

  1. Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart.
  2. Place your arms at your sides with palms facing down.
  3. Engage your glutes and core, then lift your hips toward the ceiling.
  4. Squeeze your glutes at the top, forming a straight line from your shoulders to your knees.
  5. Lower your hips back down with control and repeat.
